  1. The consumer confirms that they are legally competent and at least 18 years old.
  2. Any violation of this article, such as using the store while under 18, is the consumer’s responsibility, and the store is not liable for any actions by underage users.

Article 3 – Nature of Obligations

  1. The store’s obligation is to provide the requested service or product.
  2. Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be provided depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 – Use Restrictions

  1. Consumers must use the platform in accordance with general ethics and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 – Accounts & Registration Obligations

Article 11 – Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or access at any time without notice and for any reason.


Article 12 – Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.


Article 13 – General Provisions

  1. Invalidity of any clause does not affect the rest of the agreement.
  2. This agreement constitutes the full agreement between the consumer and the store.
  3. Arabic is the primary language for interpreting these terms; translations are secondary.
  4. Prices and promotional offers may change at any time.
  5. Parties must act in accordance with laws and ethical standards.
  6. This agreement may only be terminated by the store administration.
