Replacement and Return Policy

Replacement Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to request a replacement of a product purchased from Ice Vapers within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. Replacement requests after this period are not permitted.
  2. To be eligible for replacement, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not have been benefited from. Ice Vapers reserves the right to inspect the product before replacement to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the shipping cost for the replacement. For international replacements, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

  1. Products made according to the consumer’s specifications, except in cases of defect or non-conformity with the specified requirements.
  2. Used videos, CDs, DVDs, or software.
  3. Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted materials.
  4. Defects resulting from improper handling by the consumer.
  5. Contracts related to accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. Contracts involving the purchase of digital download products.

Return Policy:

  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not have been benefited from. Ice Vapers reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
  3. The consumer bears the cost of returning the product. For international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
