Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia)
We guarantee delivery to all cities and towns in Saudi Arabia through our trusted shipping partners:
- Dammam: within 24 business hours.
- Central, Western, and Eastern regions: within 48 business hours.
- Other cities and towns: within 2 – 5 business days.
Note: Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
International Shipping
We provide shipping services to most countries worldwide, taking into account time differences and customs requirements:
- GCC Countries: within 4 – 6 business days.
- Other countries worldwide: within 4 – 14 business days.

Customs fees may apply depending on the country and local customs regulations.
General Terms
- If the customer provides incorrect information (name, phone number, address), the shipment may be returned and delivery may fail. In this case, the product will be automatically resold.
- If delivery fails for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional fees in case of reshipping or returns.
- International customers bear all shipping and customs fees for reshipping or returns in case of delivery failure.
- International customers must provide a contact number from the destination country (e.g., shipping to the UAE requires a UAE phone number).
- All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or peak seasons.
